1. Services Provided

Forged-in-Trust provides trust document preparation services, blockchain anchoring via Triple-Forged ₿⬡🔮 verification, and related legal document services. We are a document preparation service, not a law firm. We do not provide legal advice. We recommend consulting with a licensed attorney in your jurisdiction before executing any trust document.

2. Document Accuracy

Trust documents are generated based on the information you provide. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of all information submitted. Blockchain anchoring provides cryptographic proof of document existence and integrity — it does not guarantee legal enforceability in every jurisdiction.

3. Blockchain Verification

Triple-Forged ₿⬡🔮 verification anchors your document to the Bitcoin blockchain via OP_RETURN and to the Polygon blockchain via TrustAnchor.sol smart contract. Once anchored, the cryptographic proof is permanent and cannot be modified or deleted. You acknowledge this permanence as a feature of the service.

4. Limitation of Liability

Forged-on-Chain LLC provides document preparation services on an as-is basis. We guarantee that documents will be prepared according to the specifications you provide. We do not guarantee specific legal outcomes. Our maximum liability is limited to the fees you paid for the service.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Sacramento County, California.
